| Instructions for Use | With clean washed hands, touch a finger tip to the product in the open container and swipe a tiny amount of the product onto the tip of the finger. Touch the finger with the product to the clean wound area and tap the product onto the wound, scab, or affected area allowing the product to adhere to the wound and blend in with the skin surrounding the wound. Do not touch the same finger to the product again after touching the wound. Wash hands thouroghly to repeat the process. |
| Cleaning or removing DermaJAM | Use a tissue to remove any excess DermaJAM from the finger after applying the product. do not touch the same finger to the product after applying DermaJAM to the wound or affected area. DermaJAM is fully removed from the wounded area of the skin with soap and water. Patients recieving radiation therapy are advised to use dishwashing liquid and water to thouroghly remove the product. Repeat washing the product from the wound two or more times with this method prior to recieving any radiation therapy treaments to the area. Radiation therapy patients may resume using DermaJAM after the radiation therapy treatment and repeat the cleaning process prior to every treatment. To remove dermaJAM from clothing, first wet the stained portion of the garment with warm water then prewash the stain from the garment by putting a small amount of liquid laundry detergent directly onto stain and lightly brushing the stain from the fabric with a soft brush then rinsing under warm water and repeating until the stain is gone and then wash the garment with other garments normally. (Avoid getting DermaJAM on clothing and bed sheets) |
